Our Story
In 1971, a group of Casper parents and professionals created Mercer Family Resource Center (formerly Mercer House) to fill a gap in services addressing family issues, especially youth substance abuse. Since then, the organization has grown significantly, serving thousands of people across Natrona County each year with services designed to strengthen families and support healthier youth.
Our iconic tree logo represents the strength of family. Like a tree, a healthy family must have strong roots, and each branch must get the care it needs to thrive. And just like a tree, sometimes families need a little outside help—and they can find it at Mercer Family Resource Center.
