Brittlynn Adame, Executive Director

Brittlynn Adame serves as the Executive Director of Mercer Family Resource Center, where she is dedicated to supporting youth and families through prevention, education, and early intervention services. She believes that providing individuals and families with the tools, knowledge, and support they need before challenges become crises creates stronger families and healthier communities. 

Brittlynn has been with Mercer Family Resource Center for 10 years and has served in a variety of roles, beginning as an intern while completing her degree in Addictionology before joining the organization as the Youth Empowerment Council Coordinator. Since then, she has worked as a Prevention Education Specialist, counselor, Program Manager, and now Executive Director. Her broad experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the organization's programs, community partnerships, and mission. 

Brittlynn holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is passionate about ensuring that every youth and family has access to the resources, education, and support they need to thrive. Outside of work, Brittlynn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new experiences.

Jill Davis, Development & Grant Coordinator

Jill serves as the Development & Grant Coordinator at Mercer Family Resource Center, where she leads grant writing, supports ‌fundraising, donor engagement, and community partnerships to help secure the resources that make Mercer's programs possible. She enjoys connecting supporters with opportunities to invest in stronger families and healthier communities. Jill believes every family deserves the opportunity to thrive and is proud to help advance Mercer's mission by building partnerships that create lasting impact. 

Before joining Mercer Family Resource Center, Jill spent more than 20 years in finance and customer relationship management. Working now in nonprofit development, her experience includes grant writing, fundraising, donor stewardship, financial management, volunteer coordination, and cultivating community partnerships that strengthen nonprofit organizations. Outside of work, Jill enjoys reading and traveling with her family as they explore baseball stadiums across the United States.

Jenniey Elliott, Development Coordinator

Jenniey is the Development Coordinator at Mercer Family Resource Center, where she gets to do two of her favorite things—whip up exciting events and find creative ways to support Mercer’s mission. She writes grants, plans fundraising events, and leads Mercer’s signature fundraiser, Dancing with the Stars of Casper, along with many other community events.

Prior to joining the Mercer team full-time, Jenniey spent 13 years as a dedicated volunteer, helping grow Dancing with the Stars of Casper into one of the community's favorite annual events. Her commitment to Mercer comes from a genuine belief in the organization's mission and the lasting impact it has on local children, youth, and families. 

Before transitioning into nonprofit work, Jenniey built an extensive career in television and radio, where she developed a love for storytelling, community engagement, and connecting people—skills that continue to serve her well. Outside of work, you'll probably find Jenniey exploring a new destination, singing along at a live concert, or saying "yes" to a new adventure. She has been dancing since she was two years old, making Dancing with the Stars of Casper the perfect combination of her lifelong love of dance and her passion for giving back.

Ted Sellers, Finance Coordinator

Ted serves as the Finance Coordinator at Mercer Family Resource Center, providing accounting services that ensure accurate financial reporting and help keep the Board of Directors informed about the organization's financial position. His expertise and attention to detail support the financial stewardship that allows Mercer to continue serving youth and families throughout the community. 

Ted joined Mercer to give back for the many blessings he has received throughout his career. In return, Mercer has provided him with the opportunity to continue using his financial expertise to support a meaningful mission that strengthens the community where he grew up. One of the most rewarding parts of his role is seeing the passion and dedication of Mercer's staff as they invest their hearts and talents into helping individuals and families overcome challenges and build brighter futures. Outside of his financial responsibilities, Ted takes pride in contributing to an organization that creates lasting, positive change in the lives of youth and families across the community.

Kendra Bock, Finance & Human Resources Coordinator

Kendra serves as the Finance and Human Resources Coordinator at Mercer Family Resource Center, where she oversees the organization's finances, payroll, human resources, grant administration, and day-to-day administrative operations. Her behind-the-scenes leadership helps ensure the organization runs efficiently so staff can focus on providing high-quality services to youth and families. She believes in Mercer's mission because investing in youth and families creates stronger, healthier communities for everyone. 

Kendra has several years of experience in nonprofit administration, with expertise in finance, accounting, human resources, payroll, grants, and organizational operations. Her dedication to sound financial stewardship and effective administration plays a vital role in supporting Mercer's programs and long-term impact. Kendra holds an associate's degree and has built her expertise through years of hands-on experience in nonprofit finance and administration. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and taking advantage of everything Wyoming has to offer.

Lisa Nicole, Family Enrichment Coordinator

As Mercer’s Family Enrichment Coordinator, Lisa facilitates evidence-based parenting programs at Mercer Family Resource Center and other community organizations. She enjoys being part of Mercer’s team because of its dedication to youth, families, and community, inspiring growth and positive change. With her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Life Education and extensive background working with struggling youth, Lisa brings her unique experience, empathy, and insight to her work. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys water activities with friends, family time, and prayer—activities that keep her grounded, joyful, and connected to the Casper community.

Alli McElroy, Prevention Education Specialist

As a Prevention Education Specialist at the Mercer Family Resource Center, Alli facilitates Insight to Substance Use, Anger Management, and Life Skills classes for youth, as well as Strengthening Families and Love and Logic classes for caregivers. She delivers evidence-based programming that equips participants with the knowledge and skills to make healthy decisions, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. Alli believes in the organization's mission because she is passionate about empowering youth and families with the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to thrive. 

Before joining Mercer Family Resource Center, Alli worked as a Youth Worker with nonprofits in the community. In these roles, she supported youth experiencing crisis, housing instability, and other significant life challenges, gaining valuable experience in trauma-informed care, youth advocacy, and nonprofit services. Outside of work, Alli enjoys crafting, reading, spending time with family, and being outdoors. Alli is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in social work at the University of Wyoming.

Craig Mitchell, Prevention Education Specialist

As a Prevention Education Specialist for Mercer Family Resource Center for the past four years, Craig coordinates Pre-CHINS case management, co-facilitates the Youth Empowerment Council, and teaches curriculums in Tobacco Education and Insight to Substance Abuse for youth. Having been through Youth Diversion programs as a teen himself, he shares his passionate experience navigating juvenile justice system involvement and giving teenagers a hand-up out of their struggles with truancy, substance use, and familial tensions.


Prior to returning to Casper, Craig worked in several roles at non-profits in Salt Lake City, Utah, and held a position as a Professor of Dance at the University of Utah's Department of Musical Theatre. He spends his free time reading books, cooking for his family, teaching dance classes for Rising Star Dance Studio, and co-leading a weekly online gaming group with members from around the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Wyoming in Dance Performance and Choreography.

Nick Mitchell, Prevention Education Specialist

Nick serves as the Prevention Education Specialist at Mercer Family Resource Center, where he works to strengthen youth, families, and the community through prevention education and evidence-based programming. He coordinates the Youth Empowerment Council (YEC), serves as Chair of the Natrona County Prevention Coalition (NCPC), and co-facilitates Tobacco Education and ARISE Life Skills classes. Nick is also currently working toward becoming a certified Circle of Security Facilitator to further support children and families. Nick believes prevention begins by equipping young people and families with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to make healthy choices and build strong, resilient communities. 

Before joining Mercer Family Resource Center, Nick worked at Casper College as a Community Education Specialist, where he coordinated hundreds of educational and community programs each year. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Wyoming, which strengthened his leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Outside of work, Nick enjoys gardening, cooking, attending baseball games, and spending time with his wife and young son.

Nicole Puettman, Prevention Education Specialist

Nicole serves as a Prevention Education Specialist at Mercer Family Resource Center, where she has the privilege of working with youth, families, schools, and community partners to promote healthy choices, strengthen life skills, and build positive relationships. She is passionate about helping young people recognize their strengths, develop healthy decision-making skills, and gain the confidence to create a positive path forward. Nicole also enjoys supporting parents by providing practical tools, encouragement, and insight as they strengthen relationships with their children and grow in their parenting journey. 

Nicole holds bachelor's degrees in History and Physical Education/Health, as well as a master's degree in Special Education. With over 20 years of experience in education, Nicole has developed a deep passion for helping individuals build resilience, discover their potential, and achieve positive outcomes. At Mercer Family Resource Center, Nicole's goal is to ensure every individual she works with leaves feeling supported, empowered, and capable of creating lasting positive change.

Abbie Schaible, Prevention Education Specialist

Abbie serves as a Prevention Education Specialist at Mercer Family Resource Center, where she has the privilege of working alongside youth and families to help them build the skills, confidence, and support they need to thrive. She facilitates youth and parenting programs, coordinates the Youth Empowerment Council (YEC), and partners with organizations throughout the community to create meaningful opportunities that empower young people and strengthen families. Abbie believes deeply in Mercer's mission because she understands the impact that caring, supportive adults can have on a person's life. During her five years at Mercer Family Resource Center, Abbie has enjoyed watching both the organization's programs and community partnerships continue to grow. She is especially passionate about collaboration and takes part in the Thrive Together Initiative (TTI) and other local efforts that bring organizations together to better serve youth and families throughout the community. 

Abbie recently earned her Master of Social Work (MSW). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering, taking part in community events, decorating, thrifting, and finding creative ways to make life a little more fun and welcoming.

Gena Jaussaud, Front Desk Receptionist

As Mercer Family Resource Center's Front Desk Receptionist, Gena is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every individual and family who walks through the doors. She assists parents and guardians with enrolling in Family and Parenting classes and helps youth ages 12–18 register for Youth Prevention Education programs. Gena works closely with Youth Diversion officers, the court system, and community partner agencies to connect youth and families with the resources and support they need. She is passionate about building relationships, serving the community, and helping families access programs that promote growth and positive outcomes. Outside of work, Gena enjoys spending time with her sons and friends through dinner and game nights, snuggling with her corgi, and expressing her creativity through pottery and creating art at the studio.
